Instructions for setting up POP3 e-mail using Microsoft Outlook

Open Microsoft Outlook from the desktop or start menu.

If applicable, create a new profile when prompted - enter your name or business name.

Select "Add new e-mail account" and click Next.

Select "POP3" and click Next.

Fill in the following values on the form:
Your Name: this will be the name your customers see when you send them an e-mail.
E-mail Address: "enquiries@yourdomain.com.au" - eg) "enquiries@glassysoftware.com.au".
User Name: "enquiries@yourdomain.com.au" - eg) "enquiries@glassysoftware.com.au".
Password: the email password issued to you by Glassy Software.
Incoming mail server: "mail.yourdomain.com.au" - eg) "mail.glassysoftware.com.au".
Outgoing mail server: Enter your ISP's smpt-mail server as the outgoing mail server - eg) "mail.bigpond.com", "mail.optusnet.com.au", "mail.tpg.com.au" etc.

Click the "Test Account Settings" button - you should see a set of green ticks if all went well.

Click Next and Finish to end the e-mail setup process.

Test your email by sending an email to "anything@yourdomain.com.au" from another email account. Also send a test e-mail message from your new account to another e-mail address.
