Setting up your new E-mail account

When your new website is created with Glassy Software, you have two options for E-mail:

1. All e-mail directed to your new domain name can be forwarded to an existing e-mail address. To use this option, simply provide Glassy Software with an existing e-mail address to forward to.
2. Collect your e-mail from your domain using POP3. To use this option, please follow the instructions below.

If you elect to use POP3, you should receive the following information from Glassy Software:

POP3 e-mail address:

usually enquiries@yourdomain.com.au

POP3 e-mail password:

Glassy Software will provide you with a POP3 e-mail password

If you wish to use POP3 and have not received this information, please let us know.

Glassy Software has provided instructions for setting up your mail account using one of 2 mail clients:

1. Microsoft Outlook Express
2. Microsoft Outlook

Please note that the version of software you are running may differ slightly from the examples provided, however most fields are much the same. Don't hesitate to contact us if you have issues setting up your new e-mail account.
